Jane S. Bryant
Jane Bryant, a native of Alabama, lives in Lakeland, Florida and summers in the mountains of North Carolina. She studied fine art at Florida Southern College and the University of Alabama where she also holds a BS degree in Interior Design. She worked as a professional designer for many years along with her art work. Over the years, she has studied and painted with many nationally recognized artists.
She has enjoyed drawing and painting as long as she can remember and has worked in many mediums, primarily watercolor, and recently oils. Her work ranges from controlled still life to impressionistic "plein air". She is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior designers.
She shows in local and regional juried shows and has received many awards including "Peoples Choice" and Best of Show. Her work hangs in many homes, corporations and businesses thoughout the Southeast. Her work is also exibited in galleries in North Carolina, Alabama and Florida.
