Marjorie Lewis
Marjorie Lewis has lived in Lakeland for 9 years, and has been a member of LAG for 5 years. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Commercial Art from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Acrylics and Oils are her favorite media, and she has taught Acrylic Painting classes through the Lakeland Art Guild for the past 3 years. She has won several awards in local shows with LAG and Arts on the Park with her realistic still lifes and landscapes.
She and her husband Richard (also an artist in LAG) enjoyed being selected to do artwork for Lakeland's Swansation and Butterfly civic projects as well as in Sarasota for their "Clowning Around Town" project.
